Birth Doula

My role is to help you make informed choices about your birth and to make you (and your partner) feel happy and confident about the experience. Providing emotional, physical and practical support during your labour and the birth of your baby.

To help with the arrival of your new family member, I also include 1-2 post natal visits to ensure you are settled, help with breast feeding, discuss your feelings about the birth and to support you in making this transition a happy one.

The birth package includes:

• 1-2 Ante-natal visits
• 24 hour on-call service (2 weeks either side of your due date)
• Continued support through labour and birth until you and your baby are happily settled.
• 1-2 Post Natal visits
• Email and telephone support throughout your preganancy and for as long as you need it after your baby is born.
